Danielle LaFrance, M.S., BCBA, obtained her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology, under the supervision of Dr. David Wilder. Danielle has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for a decade, providing services to a broad spectrum of individuals with varied diagnoses. She began her training working in a home-based program with pre-school aged children at St. Amant Center in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Throughout graduate school, she worked in an adult day training center providing intervention services to adults with multiple disabilities and completed an internship at the New England Center for Children, working with pre-teens and teens diagnosed with Autism. She is currently the Director of Clinical Services at B.E.S.T. Consulting, Inc., a provider of behavioral intervention services to children with developmental disabilities in Sacramento, CA.

Danielle has served as a guest reviewer for The Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis in Practice, and also holds the position of editorial assistant for The Analysis of Verbal Behavior. She has presented posters and symposia at both CalABA and ABAI and published her work in The Analysis of Verbal Behavior. In addition, her research on verbal behavior was recognized by the behavior analytic community at ABAI, where she was presented an award for her thesis. Danielle has served as a guest lecturer for undergraduate Psychology students at the California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) and is one of the internship supervisors for graduate students enrolled in the Applied Behavior Analysis Master’s program at the same institution. In joint partnership with the behavioral faculty at CSUS, she is currently working to establish a research committee focused on the development of teaching and staff training procedures in clinical settings.
