Ray has been with B.E.S.T. Consulting, Inc. since 2005. He holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento.

Ray has worked as a science camp counselor and has also participated in Physical Education leadership. Ray volunteers at the UC David Children’s Hospital.

In the future, he plans to pursue his single subject teaching credential in hopes of teaching high school.

In addition to pursuing further education and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Ray’s other interests include playing and watching all sports, and playing and listening to music.
